Homemade chocolate sticks recipe

Ingredients: (60 sticks)
113 g unsalted butter (1/2 cup)
85 g powdered sugar (3/4 cup)
1 egg (50 g)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
300 g cake flour (2 1/3 cup)
30 g almond flour (1/4 cup)
a pinch of salt
200 g white chocolate - melting wafer or couverture (7 oz)
200 g dark chocolate - melting wafer or couverture (7 oz)
various toppings (i.e. smarties, gummy bears, jelly beans, and sprinkles)
