It had been years since I travelled on Lufthansa, and being a happy 'Miles and More' member it was about time I earned some more miles. However, the night before departure a strike was announced, I missed a connection due to a delay and experienced the joy of a cancellation. Despite this, Lufthansa earned a 10/10 from me. #lufthansa
