So more companies have been adding anti-bacterial products to their iPhone accessory lineups. My first encounter with anti-bacterial products was the Otterbox Defender Pro back in 2017.

I've always wanted to figure out how to test such claims so here we are.

I'm still not entirely convinced of the effectiveness of anti-bacterial products though I do know that they work to a certain extent.

Anti-bacterial products that I used in this video include:

Speck Presidio Grip
Otterbox Defender
PanzerGlass Screen Protector
Flolab NanoArmor
CaseMate Tough Clear

I will note that I couldn't find a consistent way of telling if the companies were lying about the anti-bacterial claims. I know that some companies like Flolab have gotten their products certified through SGS which adds improves the confidence I have with them.

But I couldn't find any sort of certification from most of the other manufacturers.

What else should we test? Let us know in the comment section below!
