Eeeeep it’s that time of year again!! 🦋🧚🏼‍♀️🤍 I personally LOVE taking the time to reflect on the past year to become more aware of what serves me. Last year, I realised I felt incredibly burned out and unmotivated so I decided to create gentle goals around rest and being slow with myself.

Whatever goals you decide to create, remember that they’re YOURS and no one else’s. Listen to your intuition and create goals that feel true to you, even if it’s as little as “be kinder to myself.”
