In this video I show how to make the best chicken curry with coconut milk, brings back child hood memories watching my Nan and Mother make this really simple dish, takes around 10 minutes to prep and 15-20 minutes to cook. Resulting in a creamy delicious and tasty main dish and can be served with simple boiled rice, paratha, naan bread etc.

Ingredients
1 baby chicken cut into curry pieces
40ml mustard oil
1-inch fresh ginger julienned
400ml Coconut milk
2-inch cinnamon sticks
5 cardamoms
5 cloves
5 black peppercorns
1 bay leaf
a pinch of coriander
1tbsp of salt
2 tbsp of ghee clarified butter
