You would not associate crazy weather with Southern California, but 2023 has seen everything from blizzards, torrential rain, flooding and even a few tornados.

So, when the weather calmed down enough for us to hit the lakebed we didn’t hesitate to take to covers off lucky number 7707.

It’s been over a year since Geoff’s Stilwell’s record holding 7707 land speed roadster has hit the lakebed so making sure it was ready to go was our first priority.

Unfortunately, mother nature was not on our side, and we were only able to make a couple passes. Here is a recap of our weekend before the storm.
