Truffle aioli is usually something people buy at fancy grocery stores or just Trader Joes. It's ok from a jar, but I prefer to make it at home with fresh truffles.

Even if you'll never cook with truffles you'll learn some things here. The most important thing to know is that this is one of the few places I would use commercial truffle oil if I have it on hand. You only need a teaspoon or two.

In the video I walk you through how to make the more expensive "hard-core chef version", but you can easily just skip the fresh truffle and use your own homemade truffle oil, or a few spoonfuls of commercial truffle oil from a store. Full recipe in the link at the top of the video description.
