Well, the start to my expat life in Thailand 2024 hasn't got off to a great start. I've got invasive tree roots, shopping addiction kicking in again. That said, I have a great lunch and talk about problems with Mr floppy and land tax fees that we had to pay when exchanging our property here in Thailand intto our daughter's name.
