In this video I was very excited to be joined by Legend Yuki Nakai. Yuki was in the UK visiting and teaching at all of the Paraestra UK gyms. On his visit to our gym in Basingstoke I asked if he wouldnt mind showing us one of the techniques he showed us that day. Paper Cutter Choke is one of my favourites but I loved this entry and variation on the finish. Enjoy :)
