How do you define "Nice girl behaviors"? Is being a nice girl bad? How do we strike a balance between being a good person, woman and maintaining sound boundaries? Most of us, especially women, were taught to be kind to everyone. The way we treat people determines how pleasant we are and how agreeable people perceive us.

In this video, I discuss the 5 “Nice Girl Behaviors” that you should STOP doing. They are ultimately more detrimental to you than beneficial. In order to stop self-sabotaging, you must let go of these habits. While being kind/a good person is admirable, it's equally important that you are able to set strong, healthy boundaries and be prepared to enforce them. You also must be able to keep your autonomy and be able to function and make decisions without depending too much on your partner. You should know when to say yes and no. You should be able to balance your respect for yourself and your partner. High value women are aware of this and so place a good value on themselves, which elevates their worth in the eyes of men. They are confident and comfortable doing so, regardless of whether others would find them agreeable or not. Certainly, they know how to go about declining or rejecting other in a polite manner. High value women are aware that respect for oneself is a prerequisite for respect for others. Having this awareness is incredibly valuable to enhance your connections with people, which will ultimately enhance your love life.
