Six Sigma Concept Explained in brief. Dear All, few viewers are confused and have misinterpreted the calculation. So, I am clarifying their doubt. Six Sigma is counted from both sides of the mean (Average Limit). ±6σ. That does not become 12σ. Although many sites wrongly count Six Sigma between the lower limit and the upper limit of the bell curve. The right counting of Six Sigma is between Average (Middle) and the Acceptable Limits in both directions.
