Easy Air Fryer Crispy Pork Belly (Chicharrón)

Today we will be air frying some pork belly. The results are super crunchy and delicious. This recipe is more Latin based but it doesn't require many ingredients so its simple to make, best part of all is no need to deep fry it, pork has enough fat as it is!

What you will need:
- 2 lbs of pork belly (with no bone)
-2 Tbsp of sour orange juice (if you dont have this you can use lemons instead)
- 1 tsp of Adobo seasoning
- 1 tsp of salt

Steps:
1. Cut your pork belly into even sized chunks
2. Mix with the sour orange and seasonings, let sit for 20 min
3. Place in air fryer with skin facing down
4. Air fry for 30 min at 390F
5. Flip the chunks over so the skin now faces up
6. Air fry for 10 min at 390F
