Klipper pads are too expensive! The CheaPad project (a contraction of cheap and pad) was born of this realization. By switching to Klipper, you lose the use of your 3D printer's screen in the overwhelming majority of cases. Many of you want to install a small screen to replace the one you've lost. That's why I wanted to offer you an inexpensive alternative to the Sonic Pad, Speeder Pad, BTT Pad 7 and Wanhao Pad!
For this price you have to make a few concessions (screen size, touch technology) but it's fully functional and, above all, cheap!
