Valve cover gasket replacements come in all shapes and styles. Some take 6 hours and some take a few minutes. One thing is for sure. There are parts you will need that you do not want to cut corners on.

The question is not what brand silicone you buy or how much to use. It should be, "Did I order everything I need to get this job done correctly?"
