The auto industry is marching toward full electrification and for consumers looking to buy a midsize SUV for your family, both Toyota and Volkswagen have two enticing options for 2021. The #RAV4Prime is the ultimate version of the RAV4 because it combines two electric motors with a 2.5L gas engine to produce a total of 302 HP, standard AWD, and up to 42 miles of all-electric range and a total of 600 miles of combined range. The #VolkswagenID4 is the company's first-ever fully dedicated electric vehicle and the #ID4DualMotor is the AWD version that offers twin electric motors, 295 HP, and up to 250 miles of range. Trying to decide between the #ToyotaRAV4Prime and #VWID4 is going to come down to whether you want a #PHEV or a fully electric vehicle. Both cost about the same and offer similar amounts of power and speed.
