During the lockdowns in 2020 we spotted this retro van for sale and bought it the next day. She's a 1989 Talbot Express Motorhome with just 73,000 miles on the clock. Our plan was to clean her up and do a bit of modernising (mainly change the seat covers) and take her on a roadtrip across the UK for the next year. These videos were all filmed two years ago, I like to focus on travel while we're travelling so I only make YouTube videos when we stop and work...so prepare for 2 years of vanlife and backpacking videos to be uploaded.


ABOUT US
Craig and I (Lauren) have been travelling the world together since 2008. We live a simple life, backpacking on a budget around Asia, Latin America etc and then we convert vans into tiny homes to travel the more expensive areas of the world like North America, Australia etc.

So far we've travelled to over 80 countries, owned 7 campervans and I'm proud to say I'm still using my original backpack from 2008! We fund our travels by working in restaurants for 6 months and that gives us enough money to backpack and live in vans for 1 - 2 years.
