Part 2 of “Can Your Bible Do This?”

Is there a DNA code in the King James Bible? Isaiah chapter 9, verse 6, shows beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Bible does. Let us first read this passage of Scripture.

(Isaiah 9:6) "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."

I will now reveal the five names mentioned in this Scripture passage and how many occurrences they are found in the King James Bible. The total will shock you.

“Wonderful” 21 times
“Counsellor” 14 times
“Mighty God” 9 times
“Everlasting Father” 1 time
“Prince of Peace” 1 time

If you add all the occurrences together, the total is 46. That is the number of chromosomes in the human body. The Word states in John 1:14 that the Word was made flesh. Through Scripture, God reveals who he is while reinforcing the doctrine that He is the Word. This is just one of over 400 examples of a DNA code in the King James Bible. But one last thing, Isaiah is the 23rd book of the Bible, the other number associated with DNA. More than any book of the Old Testament, the book of Isaiah gives the fullest explanation of the sacrificial sufferings Christ would endure for the sins of the world.

Let me explain this differently. When you see a picture of someone, you notice certain traits about that person—long or short hair, short or tall, nationality, and so forth. We do not have a picture of Jesus Christ. But what we do have are words used for DNA that describe God and put a picture together of his attributes. Put together, they support the doctrine of the Bible and reveal His character.
