Moving along on the Jeep Wrangler JK King of the Hammers build, its time to build a custom exhaust for the KOH race Jeep JK!
Building a race exhaust system is very similar to any other build, just with a few tweaks. Of course, since its off highway, there is no need for catalytic convertors to slow flow down. And since this is going to take a brutal beating, we need to make sure movement and flex is limited.

Next up, we used the Stainless Steel 3" Flowmaster U fit kit, allowing us to pick and choose which sections we needed. This kit is layed out very well, offering fitment for pretty much any style and build, making it extremely easy to build a custom exhaust. https://amzn.to/3rs3oKL
V band clamps are the only way i would go, less leaks, better fitment, and a stronger hold.

And to finish it off, we hung the exhausts with a set of stainless brackets and silicone mounts which are much more secure than traditional hangers. These will cause more vibration felt in the cab, but are a great choice for an offroad or race build.
