Step By Step, How To Install the Bi-LED Projector on a Reflector Headlight (Nissan Frontier):

1. Remove reflector headlight housing
*We placed this Nissan Frontier’s housing in the oven to soften the headlight cover glue for easier removal.

2. On the projector, remove the nut that located on the threaded shaft by turning counter clockwise. Set this nut aside for the last step, as it will be securing everything in place.

3. Grab the silicon ring and bulb size appropriate washer from the pack included
*For this Nissan Frontier, we will be using H7

4. Insert the 3 wires into the silicon ring until it is snug against the projector. The flat side of the ring will be against the reflector housing, the indented side will be against the projector. Be sure to pull the hi/lo wire through as far as it can go
*The Bi-LED Projector has 3 wires to power and they splice directly into the vehicle's ground, positive, hi/lo wire. On the projector, the wire with the black plastic top is the hi/lo wire. For the wires exiting from the shaft, the red wire is positive, black wire is ground.

5. Collecting the 3 wires again, insert all into the reflector housing bulb opening until snug.
*be sure the projector is shiny silver side up with the fan facing down.
Grab the bulb size appropriate washer, passing the red positive and black ground wire through it. Matching the notches, have the hi/lo wire exit from the available space, and push the washer as far as it can go.

6. Add the nut to the threaded shafter, again passing the red positive and black ground wire through it, and turn clockwise until it holds the projector in place snug.

7. Install the headlight cover back in place, new glue/heating the area may be needed again.

The Bi-LED Projector is now installed on a reflector housing! Repeat the same to the other side. Now, all that’s left is to reinstall the reflector headlight to the vehicle, splice the wires together for powering, and we’re ready to drive 🚘💡✨
