Cherry Fudge + Flax Seed Smoothie Recipe:
-- 2 tbsp flax seeds
-- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
-- ½ cup coconut milk
-- 1 cup water (more or less, depends on the size of your glass)
-- 1 cup frozen dark cherries
-- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I used Designs For Health Paleo Protein Powder for this one)
Blend for 60-90 seconds or until creamy smooth
