This was taken from a recent Twitch stream where I reacted to the Gamers Nexus video on Gaming Chairs, and explained why their points were biased opinions presented as fact. Gaming Chairs vs. Ergo Chairs or Gaming Chairs vs. Office Chairs is ridiculous. Buy the chair that is right for your body, use case, and budget. Gaming chairs can be ergonomic, because Ergonomics isn't just one set thing.
