Netflix’s victorian era version of ‘Gossip Girl’ took viewers by storm last holiday season and the wait for season 2 is only worse due to the massive cliffhanger we were left with: Who WHO is the Featherington Heir? Honestly, not since Ross said Rachel's name at his London wedding have fans been left craving a follow-up episode as much as this BANGER of a Bridgerton finale did!

The show focuses on an array of characters that are so diverse that anyone can find someone they identify with. But one of the biggest selling points of the Netflix drama is, well, the drama! Bridgerton has a way of making us fall in love with a character one minute, only to find ourselves hating them the next… and then wind up loving them again a few episodes later. But what is the point of great characters and emotional roller coasters without a little mystery?

The final episodes of the show wrap up by not only unveiling the gigantic secret of “Who is Lady Whistledown”, but also introduces us to a new question that we have to wait until 2022, and possibly longer, to find out: Who is the Featherington heir? Unfortunately, even though there are 10 books in the series, this plotline is completely exclusive to the Netflix show, so we can’t pull that answer from any of the published works, but we can speculate!
