Yoooo whats going on guys for the first ever time I decided to Live-Stream while working on the April Tier List and I made a rule that I followed the entire stream, Polls will decide every single placement whether its a new champion debuting or a champion being promoted/demoted we have to follow the polls and majority rules! This made things very interesting and resulted in a lot of changes thats why this is 1+ hour long!
