Here is a short video demonstrating the correct teaching points of performing a TRX squat plus how to progress the movement. The exercise should be performed with the strap set to mid length while standing facing the anchor point. The starting position consists of elbows under shoulders and feet in a position that feels comfortable for you to squat. Throughout the movement face the anchor and keep space between the chin and collar bone.
