Parts list:
USB plug + USB port
double sided perfboard - 2cm x 8cm (or bigger)
panel voltmeter/ammeter
2 x push switch
2 x LED (3mm)
2 x 220 ohm resistors for the LEDs
2 x 10W 5ohm load resistors (or 4.7 ohm)
and some wires...
