Take a trip back to the halcyon, post-Falklands War days of the Royal Navy and its Fleet Air Arm.

This superb, unseen footage takes you to Somewhere off the East coast of America, where HMS Invincible sails with her air group of Sea Harrier FRS.1, Sea King HC.4, Sea King HAS.5 and Sea King AEW.2 during Deployment Westlant 1989/90.
This Westlant Deployment took HMS Invincible's strike group to Barbados, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Bahamas and Puerto Rico. In addition to Mayport, Fort Lauderdale, Norfolk, Wilmington and Charleston.
800 Naval Air Squadron, with its Sea Harriers visited Naval Air Stations Cecil Field & Oceana. The embarked Sea King squadrons also visited several American bases, including NAS Jacksonville.

This is a must see for any naval aviation fan...
