The Mercedes-Benz GLE facelift has been launched in India. With that, the GLE gets an updated styling. New grille, new headlight and tail-light units, and AMG line body kit on the top trim. On the inside, there are subtle updates, but the cabin looks classy as always. Things like ambient lighting, air-purifier, Burmester audio, and 9 airbags are now standard on the new GLE. On the GLE top models, you get a perfume dispenser, head-up display, ventilated seats, air suspension and multi-beam LED headlights. On the powertrain front, all engines in the GLE range are now mild hybrids. That said, the GLE 400 is a quick car with a 3.0-litre turbo V6 that gives it a 0-100kmph time of 5.6sec. The Mercedes-Benz GLE facelift is now priced from Rs 96.4 lakh to Rs 1.15 crore (ex-showroom).
