Features include an elevator leading directly into your unit, spaces spanning 5,500-6,000 sq. ft yet separated on both ends with master suites, beautifully refinished concrete, exposed brick, custom wood flooring, 10 ft. windows, private terraces and patios, and of course, views of the Downtown L.A skyline and the historic Tower Theatre.
