Nastar Lumer
Mentega 400gr
(Bisa margarin, bisa mix mentega margarin, pakai merk apa saja bebas)
50gr gula pasir
(Bila suka manis bisa ditambah 20-50gr lagi, terigu di sesuaikan)
4 kuning telur
50gr susu bubuk
(Bila ingin lebih terasa susu, bisa ditambah 50gr lagi)
50gr maizena
550gr terigu protein rendah (kunci biru)

Mixer mentega dan gula halus 1 menit
Masukkan kuning telur, mixer kembali 1/2 menit
Masukkan susu bubuk, maizena dan terigu, aduk rata hingga tidak menempel di jari ataupun baskom
Ambil 10gr adonan untuk bahan olesan
Ambil adonan 1sdt setara 6gr, isi dengan selai nanas 4gr
Tata dalam nampan, tidak perlu dialasi atau di oles, beri jarak agar mudah dipoles
Oles dengan bahan olesan 2x oles
Setelah oles langsung panggang dengan oven dingin (tidak perlu dipanaskan)
Setel api atas suhu 180C, panggang hingga warna yg di ingikan tercapai, saya panggang kurang lebih 25-35 menit tegantung oven.
Bila oven panggang perdana di hari itu, bisa 35 menit baru golden brown, tetapi bila sudah panggang ke2 dst nya dihari yg sama, 25 menit sudah golden brown
Setelah golden brown, matikan api atas, nyalakan api bawah suhu paling tinggi (saya 240C) panggang selama 20 menit
Hasil Nastar cantik, matang sempurna dan lumer hasilnya

Melted Nastar
Butter 400gr
(You can use margarine, you can mix butter with margarine, you can use any brand freely)
50g granulated sugar
(If you like it sweet, you can add another 20-50g, adjust the flour accordingly)
4 egg yolks
50g powdered milk
(If you want it to taste more milky, you can add another 50g)
50g cornstarch
550g low protein flour (blue key)

Mix butter and powdered sugar for 1 minute
Add the egg yolks, mix again for 1/2 minute
Add powdered milk, cornstarch and flour, stir well until it doesn't stick to your fingers or the bowl
Take 10g of dough for spreading
Take 1 tsp of dough equivalent to 6 grams, fill with 4 grams of pineapple jam
Arrange in a tray, no need to line or grease, leave a distance so it's easy to polish
Spread with 2x ointment
After brushing, bake immediately in a cold oven (no need to preheat)
Set the heat to 180C, bake until the desired color is achieved, I bake for approximately 25-35 minutes depending on the oven.
If you bake it first in the oven that day, it can take 35 minutes before it's golden brown, but if you bake it the second time, etc. on the same day, it'll be golden brown in 25 minutes.
After golden brown, turn off the top heat, turn on the bottom heat to the highest temperature (mine is 240C) bake for 20 minutes
The Nastar results are beautiful, perfectly cooked and melt
