In this video, I discuss my recent arrest appeal being denied by Judge Zimmerman and reflect on the valuable lessons I've learned from this experience. Despite having appeals filed with the Nevada Supreme Court and a writ of habeas corpus for ineffective counsel, the judge denied my motion for an appeal.

I openly admit that I have been the common denominator in my losses across multiple states due to my confrontational conduct and rhetoric towards the courts and police officers. This experience has been a wake-up call that I need to fundamentally change my approach and show more deference and respect, even if I disagree with the system.

I express gratitude to the guards who have treated me fairly so far, and acknowledge that to get through this, I must follow all rules and protocols. My time in solitary has allowed me to re-evaluate my methods for auditing and interacting with authorities. I am working on developing a constitutional auditing class to teach proper methods.

While I still believe the system is flawed, I have realized that my combative approach was misguided. I hope to use this as an opportunity to change my rhetoric and behavior for more productive engagement as I move into public life. Staying determined but shifting to a more tactful approach is crucial.
