So as a follow up to the last video doing analysis of the 'as delivered' Sytec SBV, here I show the FINAL SOLUTION. This regulator has more than 2 weeks of solid testing and development with more than 2 hours of fuel pump pressure pump time. We did many CAD/CNC revisions internally and countless assembly tear down procedures to validate all components/modifications. What we end up with in the end is a true bespoke fine tuned calibrated rising rate FPR, that is as good as you can get for the video operating conditions. which shows an interim solution which marginally increased the rate to 1.05:1 on boost. As well showing some of the 'tools' used to do analysis on fuel system requirements.
