♣ Materials
1. 60g yogurt (10% sugar)
2. All-purpose flour 135g
3. 2 egg yolks
4. 70g sugar
5. 1g salt
6. 2g baking powder
7. 1g vanilla oil
8. 50g unsalted butter

♧ TIPS
1. You can use other flour instead of all-purpose flour, but all-purpose flour was the most delicious.
2. Vanilla oil can be omitted, but adding it is much better.
3. Sugar and salt can be adjusted
4. Yogurt is plain and contains 10% sugar. (Other types of yogurt can give you a variety of flavors.)
