Most people (including many doctors), don't understand why we snore. There is so much poor information about it that it is not surprising that there is a lot of confusion about the topic. I am going to try and explain the very basics of snoring so that you have a framework upon which to base what therapies might work for you. In particular I will try and explain the concept of turbulence in snoring treatment.
Sadly this video won't make you an expert, but i'm hoping you will avoid spending money on random devices on amazon and have a clearer understanding of what needs to be done.
