Blue steering wheel on the top left corner of the car screen means Autopilot (FSD Beta) is engaged and in full control. I can take over at any time by pulling up on the left stalk, overpowering the steering lock or pressing the brake pedal.

What is Tesla's 'FSD Beta'?
Full Self-Driving (FSD) is an optional extension to enhance Autopilot over time, with the ultimate goal of enabling fully autonomous driving. FSD Beta is a limited release to train and improve the system, and get it ready for public use.

The currently enabled features require active driver supervision and do not make the vehicle autonomous. The activation and use of these features are dependent on achieving reliability far in excess of human drivers as demonstrated by billions of miles of experience, as well as regulatory approval, which may take longer in some jurisdictions. As these self-driving features evolve, Tesla cars will be continuously upgraded through over-the-air software updates.
