TOP TEN TIPS:

1. Have a clean, uncluttered background.

2. Wear makeup, but keep it basic (eyebrow pencil, mascara, bronzer, lipstick with some color)

3. Keep hair simple, ideally away and off your face.

4. Good lighting is the key to a good video experience, Soft, direct light that is in front of you (and not yellow) is what you want.

5, It’s all about the angles. Camera lens should be set at the same height as your hairline so you’re looking slightly upward.

6. Keep your distance from the camera, but don’t go too far! Fill the frame.

7. When in doubt, wear solids, avoid stripes and tiny patterns. Wear something comfortable!

8. Invest in good sound if you can.
