Dosa is a popular South Indian dish that has gained widespread popularity not only in India but also worldwide. It's essentially a type of thin, crispy crepe made from fermented batter, primarily consisting of rice and black lentils (urad dal). The batter is fermented overnight or for several hours, which gives dosa its characteristic tangy flavor.

Our hunt for the biggest dosa led us to Ishq, a pure vegetarian restaurant nestled in Scarborough (a district of Toronto).
