Join us on an epic Tesla Solar Roof journey as we tackle the unique challenges of a Slate tear-off and the installation of a cutting-edge Tesla Solar Roof on a stunning mansion! 🏰🔨 In this project, Slate tiles posed a distinctive challenge—each one had to be meticulously removed by hand due to their individual placement and solid copper nails that couldn't be picked up by a magnet. With over 30k copper nails, attention to detail was paramount.

To accommodate the architectural landscape, we employed scaffolding for the tear-off and strategically progressed from the west to the east side. Our production team specializing in Tesla Solar Roof installations seamlessly integrated tile-level materials, navigating the complexities of Medieval Modern architecture. Hanging from ropes, the installers conquered steep mounting planes with precision.

Facing limited space for material staging, our team made daily projections and utilized roof racks for efficient access. Despite scorching Texas summer heat, safety remained a priority, limiting roof work after 1 pm. To optimize battery installation, we pre-installed Spans for data collection, ensuring the correct battery count for each gateway.
