New years resolution meal prep. Making food in advance so that I can eat the right food at the right time for fat loss. High protein meals 20 grams or more and low calorie for body building.

Breakfast egg sandwiches (260 calories and 17 grams of protein per serving):
6 English muffins
6 large eggs
100g pressed cottage cheese
Spinach
53g feta
Cracked pepper

Fajita chicken bowls (418 calories and 32 grams of protein per serving):
1 red, yellow, green pepper sliced thin
1 medium onion
Black beans (small can)
Old cheddar cheese 15-30g per bowl
½ cup of cooked rice
70g (about ½ cup) of cooked shredded chicken breast
Sour cream (14% fat) and salsa for serving

Sour cabbage rolls (292 calories and 16.5 grams of protein per approx 1-1.25 rolls):
1 small sour cabbage (fermented cabbage)
750g medium ground pork
1 bouquet of parsley finely chopped
1/3 bunch of deal finely chopped
1 small-medium onion diced
3 cloves of garlic pressed
1 egg
Cracked pepper, 1.5 tablespoons of paprika, ¾ tsp of salt
Serve with a dollop of sour cream (14%)
