👋 Today I drive the 807 Horsepower Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock! This is an American Muscle Car with a massive 6.2L HEMI V8 with a Supercharger! Pumping out 807 HP the Challenger makes some big numbers. But is the Challenger SRT Super Stock actually a fast car? Can the 807 HP Engine outweighs the massive curb weight of 4,500 pounds? 🏎
What It's Like Driving The 2022 Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock!! The Challenger Super Stock certainly made a wave in the car community since it packs a massive 6.2L HEMI V8 that is supercharged and pushes 807 horsepower. To be honest I thought it would feel much faster. It's not a slow car, but it certainly doesn't push you back in the seat like I'm used to. This car would however, be a great platform to modify! Smaller pulley, full exhaust and intake, and a custom tune would get this to around 1,000 horsepower! Then the Super Stock would be fast in a line! It's crazy how even with 807 HP the high curb weight of 4,500 pounds holds it back. For reference my brothers GTR weighs 600 pounds less with similar engine HP and is astronomically faster feeling. And I bet his tuned Supra would smoke a Super Stock. However, the Super Stock is a very comfortable car to drive with a ton of space. The back seats are great for full sized adults and the front seats are roomy! This is a huge two door car and the hood sticks out far. It's a boat on the road but is actually fun to drive! The automatic transmission shifts super quick and delivered the power well. And the supercharger makes an awesome sound! l also love the exhaust note for the Super Stock Challenger! Very beefy since the engine is so large! Overall if you want a smooth power deliver and potential to have 1,000 HP out of the engine easy, and comfortable roomy muscle car. The Challenger SRT Super Stock is a great option! Quick enough stock and cars be daily driven very well! It's also crazy to see drag radials and light weight wheels from the factory along with the wide body to give it even more of a race look!
