The new 2020 Highlander doesn't change Toyota's winning formula of making a "right sized" three row alternative to big SUVs in America but it does add a welcome dollop of refinement. The new model has arguably one of the most premium interiors in the segment, a huge LCD entertainment system and a sleek new design. On the downside, it has become more expensive in the process.
