Rocko's Modern Life was created by Joe Murray. It premiered on September 18, 1993 (the fourth ever Nicktoon), and ran for 4 seasons. It also launched the careers of SpongeBob SquarePants creator Stephen Hillenburg, as well as the voice of SpongeBob/Heffer, Tom Kenny.
