2. Working ON your business- tasks that improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability, like website development

Time blocking allows you to do both without encroaching on each other. For example, schedule your mornings for working IN your business, while spend your afternoons working ON your business. Stick to your schedule, so you can effectively accomplish those tasks.
