Pro Series Rambler Cargo Carrier Owner's Real World Review

I am reviewing this Pro Series Cargo carrier after 2 years of ownership and I share my thoughts and tips on this product.

This has a 300lb capacity and fits on 1 1/4 receiver. Keep in mind my hitch I think has a 200lb capacity so that is why I don't put much weight, you may want to check your hitch weight limit.

I strongly recommend you purchase a hitch tightener to cut down on the play. Also I always use a small tarp and bungee cords to strap down the cargo.

Pros: 1 - Adds Cargo carry capacity to your vehicle
2 - Very well built
3 - Lip around carrier helps with cargo & gives you something to put your bungee cords to.
4 - Lift on carrier keeps it high off the ground and away from exhaust

Cons - 1 - Makes your vehicle longer, so consider that when driving
2 - A bit heavy (but worth it)

Overall I strongly recommend this along with a hitch tightener only.
