IMPORTANT UPDATE: Because the juicer creates so many fine fiber particles, you MUST filter the juice through a very fine filter. The strainer I used was not enough. Drinking the juice gave me a stomach ache and gas. I ended up filtering the juice a second time through a white cotton t-shirt. It really took out a lot of indigestible pulp and the juice was much better. A commercial cane juicer actually crushes the cane with rollers and squeezes the juice out, so it does not create all the fiber in the juice.
