He holds an LLM in Corporate Governance and Practice from Stanford Law School, an LLB, LLM and Ph.D. of Laws respectively from Wuhan University School of Law, along with a Graduate Certificate in International Studies from the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He was honored on 2021 Forbes China "60 Outstanding Chinese in North America" List.
