1. Butt kickers plus swan arms
2. Reach forward arabesque
3. Mountain climbers
4. Sissonne
5. Lunge plus a kick
6. Plié to passé
7. Jumping jacks with swan arms
8. Turned out burpees
9. High knees plus balance on passé
