this video is inspired by pathologist, Jackie Gartner-Smithβs Ted talk from 2018 (which i definitely recommend watching). our anxiety response typically prepares our body to move which makes some normal functions more difficult. as shown in this video, it may take some conscious effort and exercises to relax our muscles to be able to function normally again.
