Medieval Dynasty New Settlement is a VR remake of the flatscreen game Medieval Dynasty. It's not nearly as expansive or deep as the original (for now) and has very lackluster combat and survival systems. Still, this game absolutely shines in giving you the experience of gathering, building, and crafting in the medieval wilderness. If you're into building with your real hands in VR, it's a ton of fun.
