It is required at some cases to encrypt the files which we send to avoid misuse between end to end communication. There is yet another way to hide files using an image.

Steps:
1. Open Command Prompt on Location (Shift + Right Click - Open Command Window here)
2. Use the code "copy/b filename.extension + filename.zip"
3. The hidden file can then be accessed by 7 Zip file manager or WinRAR viewer.
