Hi Everyone. It's been a while since i have posted an update but life has been very crazy recently. My tenant was having some health issues that resulted in her being out of work and not in the best financial situation. Since i have a heart i gave her the option to terminate her lease early and she was super thankful.

This unit was one that i sped through during the renovation process since i was so short on time with moving her from unit to unit and I had a tenant lined up for the unit she was temporarily staying in.

There are a ton's of things incomplete, so now its time to grind and get everything done. None of the baseboards holes have been filled, nor have they been caulked. All windows need caulking. New doors that were installed need to get painted. Then the spare bedroom needs to get completely painted from head to toe.

On top of everything, the brand new custom cabinets that i installed in this unit has a discoloration in the paint. I called the manufacturer and they took all of my cabinet doors to sand and repaint them thankfully.

Not a ton of work to get done, but with working a full time job where i work 10 hour days, 7 days a week, we have to find all the time we can to get this place ready for new renters.
